Judy Key joins the team

I'm delighted to announce that we have a new member of our team - Judy Key.

Judy has been working with Tracker at one of our valued UK clients for many years in a role covering the use, support and development of our core Tracker software system for asbestos and environmental consultancies.

As we expand our software to the web/cloud based Alpha Tracker system for asbestos consultancies, Judy has joined the team to help us to develop our system and also to provide services to businesses in Australia where she is now based.

Judy will also be providing out-of-hours cover to our UK and European clients as part of our 24x7 support service offering.

Alpha Validator update released

The automated survey data checking feature within asbestos software Alpha Tracker (known as "AlphaValidator") has been updated again.  This follows on from the update released on 11 December (more info here ). an example of AlphaValidator's data check output This update - v1.0.74 SVN25 - is ready now to download from our website and improves the way photos of asbestos samples are validated . We've listened to you - no more form timers!

Alpha Legal users and their clients have never liked the timers that encouraged forms to be completed in a set amount of time.  We extended them from 60 minutes to 2 hours in the last update, but that still was inconvenient for many users.  We've listened to you and scrapped the timers completely!    This change will make the whole process of uploading ID documents easier and less stressful for your clients (and, don't worry, just as secure as before). Dan and the Alpha Legal team are listening! If you have any more ideas to improve Alpha Legal, get in touch .  We love to hear from you.
