After implementing
Alpha Tracker at one of the biggest and busiest asbestos consultancies in the UK last month, it is no wonder we had a busy time on the
support desk. In fact, we took 627 calls over the course of the month, an increase of 20% on our previous busiest period.
Overall, we managed to keep performing well resolving 8 out 10 of all calls in the time-scales agreed with our customers and nearly 9 out of 10 "high priority" calls too:
