You can record an unlimited number of completed actions (for monthly tasks, for example) and the system is clever enough to close the risk if a one-off task has been marked as complete.

Jack has released another update to our Alpha Tracker Mobile app.
This version has a number of changes to improve the app for water hygiene technicians. The most important is a new water sync process which is much faster and less prone to problems when there is poor data connection.

Our latest Alpha Tracker Mobile update has hit the app stores (Google and Apple).

The biggest change will benefit Alpha Tracker water hygiene (Legionella) technicians. We've improved the logic which powers our data integrity checks, and this should reduce the number of alerts that the technicians see, especially at the start of the day.
A larger update is on its way, featuring a new sync method that makes it faster and easier for site staff to send in their data and photos

The new version has several useability improvements for users of our Forms and Water Hygiene features, including:
- better display of the section name (for forms broken into multiple sections)
- improved display of the project/job, site and type of form
- the section/question is always displayed when responding to Water Hygiene questions.

We're releasing a new Alpha Tracker Mobile to the Google (Android) and Apple (iOS) app stores this week. Alpha Tracker Mobile is our companion mobile app for the Alpha Tracker system.

- You can now duplicate water assets and outlets (and the data associated with them) with just one click
- You can mark outlets as being infrequently accessed
- The last date an outlet was monitored/cleaned/serviced is now shown when working on site (so that you can avoid working on outlets which don't need to be actioned)
- Attempting to log in with an invalid user ID or password, or an expired password, now displays a more helpful message
- If your sync is interrupted for any reason, you will not see duplicate assets and outlets when you re-sync
- Photos are now quicker to display
- A variety of minor bugs have been addressed.

The guide explains how to book jobs into Alpha Tracker, how to schedule them, site data capture (for Legionella Risk Assessments as well as monitoring/temperature work), report production and accessing the asset & outlet data afterwards.

"Businesses have been told to flush out the water supply in their buildings before they reopen, in order to prevent spreading the potentially deadly Legionella bacteria.Public Health England (PHE) guidance says there should be "regular flushing" of the water system at the likes of dental practices, hairdressers, gyms and hotels, as well as office buildings, to stop bacterial growth.Premises are also required to undertake a detailed review of all aspects of their water management system before reopening amid the continuing coronavirus lockdown."
