Tracker Web Server v1.5.353 SVN41 available
This release of Tracker Web Server (TWS) adds an important new feature.
Within Tracker, it is now possible to tag data as having been sourced from another asbestos consultancy - this version of TWS enables this data source to be shown.
For example, suppose Consultancy X has received some data from Environmental Essentials for one of their clients and wants to highlight this when their client logs into the web site and views those particular projects or registers:

Microsoft Office 2013 now officially available
The latest version of Microsoft Office - Office 2013 - is now officially available with a version available to install on a Windows PC and a "cloud" version accessible via a web browser.
Our own testing has not been particularly positive, see this blog entry for an example of the results!
However, most of our customers will be switching to Office 2013 at some point and so we've been checking that our standard products (which all use Office to a lesser or greater extent) are 100% compatible.
The good news is that they are, so you're safe to upgrade to Office 2013 if you use Tracker, Toy Tracker or any of our other systems.

January 2013 - our busiest ever support month
Last month we resolved 314 queries for our customers - our busiest ever month on the support desk.
You can see from our stats (above) that 307 out of 314 were solved "in time" (meaning before the customer-set deadline) which I think is pretty impressive - hope you agree!
Looking over the last 6 months, 1,294 out of 1,359 have been solved in time so virtually everybody calling in has received the service level they requested.
Still, we're only as good as the last call we answered so the stats start again today for February! Here's hoping for a quite month...
