Support desk performance in November 2019

Our new support team member, Will, made a big impact on performance last month ensuring that more than 93% of urgent system problems were resolved within 2 hours.

Call numbers were the lowest they have been for 5 months, which reflects the increased effort we have made with training and addressing the root causes of issues raised on the help desk.
