Last call for ideas for Release 36 - what would you like to see?

Asbestos software Alpha Tracker is about to be updated again.

Release 36 is currently at the BETA stage - with new account management features in the CRM section and other enhancements. 



Is there anything that you would like to see in the next release? Let us know your suggestions and ideas for improvements. We want to hear from you!

    At present, Tracker has space for just a single contact, but most of the time each property has several different contacts. Some could be office based (such as property managers), some could be field based contacts and some could be someone who will allow access s to a property (such as a cleaner, a porter, a concierge or even a neighbour) and these people have no property responsibilities. Can you start to think about how extra contacts could be added? At present there's space for multiple report recipients, so there's precedent for more than 1 contact.

    Can you make android phones have the scroll ability like iPhones with the additional notes section at the bottom of session page?

Alpha Validator update released

The automated survey data checking feature within asbestos software Alpha Tracker (known as "AlphaValidator") has been updated again.  This follows on from the update released on 11 December (more info here ). an example of AlphaValidator's data check output This update - v1.0.74 SVN25 - is ready now to download from our website and improves the way photos of asbestos samples are validated . We are open for business as usual throughout the Christmas and New Year period. Thursday 24 December: Office closes at 4pm Friday 25 December: Closed Monday 28 December: Closed Tuesday 29 December: Open with reduced staffing levels Wednesday 30 December: Open with reduced staffing levels Thursday 31 December: Open with reduced staffing levels Friday 1 January: Closed As usual, we are not sending Christmas cards to clients but instead we are donating to our favourite charity, the RNLI . We wish all of our customers a Happy Christmas and a healthy and prosperous New Year.
