Zapier connects your apps together and automates repetitive tasks. It can make something happen in one app (eg, your accounts system) when an action happens in another system (eg, your job processing system).

It can even make things happen on a schedule you define, when physical things happen or when something happens on social media. Zapier basically connects apps together in any way you can imagine.
The wonderful news is that our development team is working on an Alpha Tracker connection with Zapier. This means that you'll be able to trigger actions in Zapier (eg "Raise an invoice in Xero" or "Add a row to the work-in-progress spreadsheet") when something happens in Alpha Tracker (eg "A new project has been saved").
