Return to Sender! Easily return unacceptable ID requests

We've published a new feature in Alpha Legal! Return to Sender is available now.

"Return to Sender" allows you to return ID requests to clients if something is wrong.  Perhaps the photo they have sent is too blurry or they have misunderstood your request.  It's easy to fix now in Alpha Legal.

Click "No" here to enable the "Return to Sender" button:

Click "Return to Sender" to send the ID request back

Then add notes for your client to read:

Alpha Validator update released

The automated survey data checking feature within asbestos software Alpha Tracker (known as "AlphaValidator") has been updated again.  This follows on from the update released on 11 December (more info here ). an example of AlphaValidator's data check output This update - v1.0.74 SVN25 - is ready now to download from our website and improves the way photos of asbestos samples are validated . We've listened to you - no more form timers!

Alpha Legal users and their clients have never liked the timers that encouraged forms to be completed in a set amount of time.  We extended them from 60 minutes to 2 hours in the last update, but that still was inconvenient for many users.  We've listened to you and scrapped the timers completely!    This change will make the whole process of uploading ID documents easier and less stressful for your clients (and, don't worry, just as secure as before). Dan and the Alpha Legal team are listening! If you have any more ideas to improve Alpha Legal, get in touch .  We love to hear from you.
