Alpha Tracker Australasia operation doubles in size

I've had a great week with Judy & Leanne in our Adelaide office where we sell and support asbestos software Alpha Tracker throughout Australia & New Zealand). I've also been meeting clients, new and old, listening to ideas to improve our software specifically in the Australasian market.  If only the cricket could have been so successful!

Judy & Leanne have doubled the size of our operation in the last 18 months with several asbestos consultancies switching to Alpha Tracker each month, purely on the back of personal recommendations.  That's great news as the increased business means we can invest in more staff and an even bigger support operation.

Alpha Validator update released

The automated survey data checking feature within asbestos software Alpha Tracker (known as "AlphaValidator") has been updated again.  This follows on from the update released on 11 December (more info here ). an example of AlphaValidator's data check output This update - v1.0.74 SVN25 - is ready now to download from our website and improves the way photos of asbestos samples are validated . We've listened to you - no more form timers!

Alpha Legal users and their clients have never liked the timers that encouraged forms to be completed in a set amount of time.  We extended them from 60 minutes to 2 hours in the last update, but that still was inconvenient for many users.  We've listened to you and scrapped the timers completely!    This change will make the whole process of uploading ID documents easier and less stressful for your clients (and, don't worry, just as secure as before). Dan and the Alpha Legal team are listening! If you have any more ideas to improve Alpha Legal, get in touch .  We love to hear from you.
