New Alpha Tracker module - AlphaValidator

We're delighted to announce the immediate launch of AlphaValidator, a new software module (part of the Alpha Tracker family) designed to implement a comprehensive range of data checks prior to the production of an asbestos report.

The new module is fast, flexible and fully integrated into the Alpha Tracker "survey" screen and provides an instant colour-coded traffic light indication of possible data problems:

As well as a standard set of data checks, it also enables survey-specific tests to be undertaken prior to specific report types being produced.  All settings are accessible via the Alpha Tracker system repository.

Alpha Validator update released

The automated survey data checking feature within asbestos software Alpha Tracker (known as "AlphaValidator") has been updated again.  This follows on from the update released on 11 December (more info here ). an example of AlphaValidator's data check output This update - v1.0.74 SVN25 - is ready now to download from our website and improves the way photos of asbestos samples are validated . We've listened to you - no more form timers!

Alpha Legal users and their clients have never liked the timers that encouraged forms to be completed in a set amount of time.  We extended them from 60 minutes to 2 hours in the last update, but that still was inconvenient for many users.  We've listened to you and scrapped the timers completely!    This change will make the whole process of uploading ID documents easier and less stressful for your clients (and, don't worry, just as secure as before). Dan and the Alpha Legal team are listening! If you have any more ideas to improve Alpha Legal, get in touch .  We love to hear from you.
