We saw reduced numbers of calls to the
Support Desk in December. We had 650 requests for assistance which is nearly 300 fewer than in November. Hopefully January will be similar!
Overall, performance was good with 91% of high priority queries being resolved within 2 hours and nearly 85% of all calls being sorted within the timescales agreed with the caller.
