We're looking for Alpha Legal subscribers who would like to be beta testers for our new "Alfi" companion app for Alpha Legal.  Would you like to be involved?

Our new "Alfi" app is nearly ready

The app will enable you to keep in touch with your clients and promote your brand and services to them.  Your clients will be able to

  • track their assets
  • read, accept and sign documents you have shared with them
  • complete fact-finds and other forms and questionnaires.

There is also a secure "vault" for clients to store their vital digital assets - including viewing copies of Wills and other documents you have created and stored for them.

Alpha Validator update released

The automated survey data checking feature within asbestos software Alpha Tracker (known as "AlphaValidator") has been updated again.  This follows on from the update released on 11 December (more info here ). an example of AlphaValidator's data check output This update - v1.0.74 SVN25 - is ready now to download from our website and improves the way photos of asbestos samples are validated . We've listened to you - no more form timers!

Alpha Legal users and their clients have never liked the timers that encouraged forms to be completed in a set amount of time.  We extended them from 60 minutes to 2 hours in the last update, but that still was inconvenient for many users.  We've listened to you and scrapped the timers completely!    This change will make the whole process of uploading ID documents easier and less stressful for your clients (and, don't worry, just as secure as before). Dan and the Alpha Legal team are listening! If you have any more ideas to improve Alpha Legal, get in touch .  We love to hear from you.
