We've just analysed the support desk stats for August 2015 and our performance is down 10%.
It wasn't a particularly busy month (we took 464 calls in total) but we only solved 80% of calls in the time-scales requested by our customers rather than our typical 90%+.
We'll keep a close eye on this - was it just that we were stretched with many staff going on their summer holidays?
Watch out for an update next month when I hope and expect to be able to report better news.

Running short of disk space? Move Alpha Tracker's document store

The June/July Alpha Tracker update's release notes are now available (SVN1500)
June/July 2015's monthly update to Alpha Tracker is now publicly available. This is update SVN1500 with 100 new features and bug fixes! Many of these updates will be of particular interest to asbestos surveyors and asbestos consultants using Alpha Tracker to run their asbestos consultancy.

Start Software Support Stats - July 2015
After implementing Alpha Tracker at one of the biggest and busiest asbestos consultancies in the UK last month, it is no wonder we had a busy time on the support desk. In fact, we took 627 calls over the course of the month, an increase of 20% on our previous busiest period.
Overall, we managed to keep performing well resolving 8 out 10 of all calls in the time-scales agreed with our customers and nearly 9 out of 10 "high priority" calls too:
