No summer holiday for the Support Desk! 908 tickets solved in August 2024

We've taken on several new clients over the summer and that's had quite an impact on our Support Desk.

New clients lead to more calls as new users need help and support.  That's what we're here for - we're here to help - but it puts quite a workload on our team.  They have all worked hard to deliver our award-winning level of service and solving 908 tickets in a month is a new record.

No summer break for our Support Team

91% of all tickets were responded to within our SLA timescales, and 94% of high-priority problems were solved within 2 hours - quite an achievement!
