Alpha Tracker is live at Tetra Consulting

What a week! Two of the biggest asbestos consultancies in the UK have gone live with Alpha Tracker, the end-to-end system for environmental, health & safety and asbestos businesses.

Tetra Consulting are one of our favourite clients.  Based in Wandsworth, we have been working with Tetra's talented admin and field staff on a range of software projects over a number of years and have this week switched them to Alpha Tracker.

We're fast heading towards fifty (50!) asbestos consultancies using Alpha Tracker now joining our loyal customer base operating Tracker, the desktop version of the system.  The consultancies range from the smallest one-person operations through to companies with hundreds of site and office staff.

Alpha Validator update released

The automated survey data checking feature within asbestos software Alpha Tracker (known as "AlphaValidator") has been updated again.  This follows on from the update released on 11 December (more info here ). an example of AlphaValidator's data check output This update - v1.0.74 SVN25 - is ready now to download from our website and improves the way photos of asbestos samples are validated . Please do contact the Start Software Support Desk  (available 24x7!) if you would like help installing the update.

We are open for business as usual throughout the Christmas and New Year period. Thursday 24 December: Office closes at 4pm Friday 25 December: Closed Monday 28 December: Closed Tuesday 29 December: Open with reduced staffing levels Wednesday 30 December: Open with reduced staffing levels Thursday 31 December: Open with reduced staffing levels Friday 1 January: Closed As usual, we are not sending Christmas cards to clients but instead we are donating to our favourite charity, the RNLI . We wish all of our customers a Happy Christmas and a healthy and prosperous New Year.
