Another Alpha Tracker order placed by a Sydney (Australia) asbestos consultancy

I'm working this week from Perth with Judy from our Australian asbestos software business, Alpha Tracker Pty.

It's great to see that Judy and Leanne are so busy with new orders and just this morning an email arrived from an asbestos consultancy in Sydney wanting to place an order for asbestos software Alpha Tracker.  What's especially comforting is that most orders arriving are from personal recommendation - users are switching to us from competitor systems because they have heard about our industry-leading 24x7 personal support and our mature attitude to doing business.

We'll blog again when the consultancy goes live and has had their 1-1 training session.

Alpha Validator update released

The automated survey data checking feature within asbestos software Alpha Tracker (known as "AlphaValidator") has been updated again.  This follows on from the update released on 11 December (more info here ). an example of AlphaValidator's data check output This update - v1.0.74 SVN25 - is ready now to download from our website and improves the way photos of asbestos samples are validated . Please do contact the Start Software Support Desk  (available 24x7!) if you would like help installing the update.

We are open for business as usual throughout the Christmas and New Year period. Thursday 24 December: Office closes at 4pm Friday 25 December: Closed Monday 28 December: Closed Tuesday 29 December: Open with reduced staffing levels Wednesday 30 December: Open with reduced staffing levels Thursday 31 December: Open with reduced staffing levels Friday 1 January: Closed As usual, we are not sending Christmas cards to clients but instead we are donating to our favourite charity, the RNLI . We wish all of our customers a Happy Christmas and a healthy and prosperous New Year.
