    That's awesome to hear about the positive feedback for Release 37! It's always great when updates land well with the community. Speaking of things landing well, I've recently gotten hooked on Monkey Mart. It's such a fun, relaxing management game where you run this adorable little store, growing produce and selling it to cute animal customers. The gameplay is so chill, but incredibly addictive trying to optimize your production and keep everything running smoothly. It's perfect for unwinding after a long day!

664 support calls answered in November 2021 - phew!

Our 24x7 Support Desk had a busy November answering 664 calls.  It was the usual mixture of questions, queries, suggestions and problems - all good fun! Busy month on the Support Desk! Overall, we maintained our good performance from the month before  with 19 out of 20 queries being resolved within the timescales set by our clients.
